MUE

Dance music company based in Oxford that started in 2010.

https://mueoxford.wordpress.com

We are a company based in Oxford since 2010. A collaboration of Dance, Sound and Light performance installation.

We present our work at urban site specific spaces, creating stages in the Streets of Oxford at night. We have been invited to take part in many events around Oxford and London.

We grow stronger as a trio inventing our script as we visit places and keep creating new urban memory bringing with us the minimal resources: One body, One instrument, one Light.

Collaboration work with Shahzad Ismaily,

I had the fortune to collaborate with great musician Shahzad Ismaily from New York since year 2000, when our collaboration started performing off venues and lofts of Brooklyn presenting our work at open spaces, galleries like the CAVE, which become a great Art Center in Williamburg, Brooklyn.

Shahzad came to play for my solo piece directed by Min Tanaka at Plan B avenue in Tokyo.
